The language speaks the truth-

words fall out of our mouths

and although they might not be

honest

they are always

truthful,

we can decipher the metaphors and the analogies

to form the plain sentences

they never spoke.

We are the most truthful

when we speak to the stars

or the moon

even our own souls;

humans connect with the words of yesterday

and we try to convey the ideas

too complex to force into

their minds.
