White eyes,

pale face,

loving smile,

weak cry;

I wish I could have saved her,

I wish the lights inside of my mind

would have worked

this time;

her future filled the world

with fire and water

but the fame quickly faded

and the sea took her down

until she no longer

had the choice to escape,

until her life became

a collection

of impossible choices

and captive desires.
